On 15 July, we celebrate World Youth Skills Day – a reminder that the skills young people develop today will help shape the Europe and the world of tomorrow.

This year's theme, "Skills for a shared future", highlights the importance of preparing young people for a rapidly changing world. As artificial intelligence, digital technologies and the green transition transform our societies, technical knowledge alone is no longer enough. Young people also need creativity, resilience, critical thinking, collaboration and civic skills to thrive and contribute to more inclusive and sustainable communities.
