Being online helps us connect, learn and have fun - but too much screen time can affect our mental and physical health. For young people, finding a healthy balance is especially important.

Creating a safer online world is a shared responsibility. The EU is working to reduce risks like harmful content and addictive design - but your choices matter too.

Want to support your students or children?

On the occasion of Mental Health day on October 10, you can download and print out ready-to-go posters via our dedicated webpage to help young people stay in control of their digital habits.
If you display the posters at your school, we’d love to see them!

Send us a photo of the posters in your school to COMM-PUBLI-FEEDBACKatec [dot] europa [dot] eu (COMM-PUBLI-FEEDBACK[at]ec[dot]europa[dot]eu)
