Young people turning 18 in 2026 will soon have another opportunity to explore Europe through DiscoverEU, part of the Erasmus+ programme.
The next call for applications will open on 1 October 2026 at 12:00 (Brussels time) and close on 15 October at 12:00 (Brussels time). Young people born in 2008 who live in an EU Member State or an Erasmus+ associated country can apply.
Those selected will receive a travel pass allowing them to travel for up to seven days between March 2027 and May 2028, as well as a DiscoverEU discount card. They can travel alone or with up to four friends.
