The European Commission is calling on young people (15+) to share their views on the upcoming Circular Economy Act – a major EU initiative to reduce waste, boost sustainability, and create new opportunities.
This is a unique chance for your pupils to have a real say in policies that will impact jobs, innovation, cost of living , quality of life and the environment they will inherit. Encourage them to join the discussion and make their voices heard!
How can young people participate?
Young people can:
- complete an online questionnaire by 12 April 2026
- engage in the session on “Youth perspectives on the forthcoming Circular Economy Act” online or in person (registration required) on 22 April, during the ECESP Annual Conference 2026, and/or
- submit additional written contributions after the conference, by 29 April.
