Have Your Say: Help Shape the EU’s Action Plan Against Cyberbullying

The European Commission has officially launched a Public Consultation and Call for Evidence to support the development of a new Action Plan against Cyberbullying — and your voice matters.

Why This Matters

Cyberbullying is a growing concern across Europe, affecting young people, families, and educators alike. With this initiative, the Commission aims to gather insights and experiences from across society to shape effective, inclusive, and forward-looking policies.

Who Can Participate?

Everyone is invited to contribute — especially:

  • Young people
  • Teachers and educators
  • Parents and caregivers
  • Public authorities
  • Civil society organisations

Whether you’ve experienced cyberbullying, witnessed it, or are working to prevent it, your input can help make a difference.

The consultation is open on the Have Your Say portal and available in all official EU languages, and includes a Word format for screen-reader users and an easy-to-read version for more accessibility. It will remain open until 29 September 2025.

The full questionnaire takes around 20–25 minutes to complete — but not all questions are mandatory, so you can focus on the areas most relevant to you.
